About Me

We have 100000 hairs on our heads each hair shaft is composed of three layers that are covered by cuticle (outside layer).The cuticle is protecting two layers of hair against heat, sun, 激光脫毛 and other dangers from our environment.Cuticle is flat and reflective. light which causes hair to shine.Shiny hair is a sign of healthy hair.  
Curly and straight hair are two kinds.  
Different types of hair  
Different types of hair require distinct hair care.Most important is that all hair requires gentle treatment, especially when it's wet.Wet hair can stretch treat causing it susceptible to breakage or cause cuticle damage.Heat styling products i.e hot blow.Dryer can cause damage to our hair when used on very wet hair.Especially,for people who curly and dry hair, you need to be extra careful when using products that heat.  
Hair will become oily as we age. This is because the hair follicles contain sebaceous cells that produce sebum , which helps moisturize our skin.  
Washing your hair daily or more won't cause harm, as long you take care of your hair when it's wet.You better select a mild shampoo instead of one designed for oily hair if you wash it often .If you have oily hair and want to use a conditioner consider using a conditioner that's made specifically for oily hair.For those who have dry hair, it's possible to wash it less frequently.  
Activity Level and interests  
You will require extra care when you play sports or spend lots of time at the beach , as these activities can cause damage to your hair.For instance, if are an athlete who has oily hair,you may need to wash your hair after working up a sweat during games.But If you're a lifeguard or swimmer, sun and saltwater (or the chlorine in the water in the pool) will dry out your hair removal, no matter what kind of hair.If you are exposed to sun,wind and other elements,you may prefer a shampoo specifically designed for dry hair or a conditioner.It is a good idea to add protection for your hair if you wear a the hat while you are outside.  
Hairstyle  
If you make use of products for styling your hair with heat, such as straightening or curling irons, too often your hair may dry out.  
Chemical treatments to color, straighten or curly your hair can damage hair if applied properly.Therefore you should ask the hair stylist because they are trained to apply chemicals to hair. Take a look at the type of hair you have and decide what chemicals will benefit you.  
Permanent color treatments, specifically permanent ones, can cause hair loss and redness, burning and irritation. Certain types of dyes can trigger allergic reactions. Discuss with your stylist about your sensitivity before it becomes a serious issue.  
Regular haircuts are a great method to keep your hair healthy.  
Hair problems can be treated.  
Dandruff is a dead , flaky skin flakes that are found in hair and clothing. It isn't a danger to us.We can lessen the dandruff flake by shampooing. Massage your scalp gently to get rid of the flakes at least 5 minutes.Then,rinse thoroughly your hair following washing.If your dandruff issues do cannot be resolved, your doctor might prescribe a shampoo, lotion or liquid that you rub into your scalp.  
Hair Breakage- Hair may break when points in the hair weaken or thicken. A major reason for this is due to the incorrect application of chemical hair treatment.Besides that, combing or brushing hair too often could cause breakage of hair. Hair extensions  
and braids that are too long or pulling them out in the wrong direction can result in breakage.It can cause hair and scalp damage or even hair loss. If you notice your hair breaking and keeps losing even you don't treat it with chemical products or hair styling products.  
Hair loss - We lose around 100 hairs per day. Visit your doctor to find out ways to stop hair loss and help your hair grow.  
Just like our bodies to maintain healthy hair by eating right, exercises and keep it safe from expose too much to the sun.
